While I will be absent for the next 4 Saturdays, Dan Wanhainen will do the duties of scoring the events. So please be nice to him. I will still maintain this web site, although from remote, thanks to the marvels of the Internet. I wish everyone, and particularly those participating in the Club Championship, success and continued fun and enjoyment. See you later in August again - Hans Kessler
President's Day
We all enjoyed a fabulous day of golf and fun. It was typical summer day with temperatures in the 90s, followed by a tasty cookout.
In addition to the posted winners there were the following additional side show winners:

Two Ball: Team Nadin (121), Burrows (123) and Kriak (123 tie)

Red Ball: Team Burrows (66) and Mayer (69)

Trifecta: Dante Castor

Tom Curtin ran the traditional Calcutta Pool. There were way too many winners to list here.
We all are most thankful for the hard work the tournament directors Fred Taylor and Tim Cebula put into this event, as well as the Pine Hills staff who all make this fabulous day happen.
Minor Date Change
Note that the earlier published Low Net Championship event has moved again, this time forward to September 25. This is due to aeration of the greens on September 6.
Other Notes
Qualification for the MEDAL play and Championship events require 50% participation during the preceding events. You may see your qualification on the Participation page. Note that negative numbers in those columns tell you how many events you are short to qualify.
Important reminders to all PHMGA Members and new members
- Member are required to maintain their handicap with the club provided GHIN system, located in the Pro Shop.

New members without an
established handicap play
with their "declared" handicap
until 5 scores are entered.
Scores from other courses count as well. - Daily event sheets are to be filled out in the club house within 15 minutes of ending the round
- One "official" score card for each group is to be turned in after each round
- Event winners and club participation are determined from the daily event sheets.
- Event winners are validated against the official score card. Missing or illegible score cards disqualify event winners
